Adam Douglass works for J. Singer Law Group’s clients as a financial analyst and modeler.  Adam is a highly trained, highly skilled former Wall St. analyst with a specialization in real estate finance.

Adam works with our attorneys to provide business and financial advice to clients who are in the process of considering various financing, refinancing, and restructuring options for commercial real estate investors and developers and business clients.

He possesses a wealth of experience spanning commercial real estate projects from construction and financing to restructuring and sale.  Adam has assisted on deals exceeding $500 million.  Over the past six years, his passion for navigating complex, multi-layered scenarios, coupled with his forward-thinking and big-picture perspective, has empowered clients to develop optimal strategies with exceptional clarity in communication.  He also has experience in M&A valuations and litigation financing.

Adam holds a bachelor's degree in music theory and composition and is adamant about contributing to his community.  He also completed graduate studies in Talmudic Law and Jewish Philosophy in the Old City of Jerusalem.

Adam actively volunteers to feed the homeless and spearheads a micro non-profit dedicated to enhancing a sense of spirituality within the community.
