Stephanie Meltzer, Of Counsel to J. Singer Law Group, supports all aspects of our legal practice. A seasoned attorney, Stephanie has over 25 years of experience in legal and compliance, including roles in private practice, government, and corporate settings.

Through her work as a partner at one of the country’s leading law firms, Stephanie has extensive experience representing corporations, financial institutions, investment firms, and individuals in all aspects of enforcement proceedings and regulatory matters, particularly those involving criminal and civil business fraud. She is a skilled negotiator and litigator, drawing on her years as a federal prosecutor, where she was responsible for prosecuting federal and local crimes on behalf of the United States Department of Justice. 

Prior to joining J. Singer Law Group, Stephanie worked for many years at one of the world’s leading multi-national corporations, where she served as a senior executive responsible for the company’s global anti-bribery and corruption programs, as well as collaboratively working with business leaders to proactively address and mitigate significant reputational and legal risks. In terms of areas of focus at J. Singer Law Group, Stephanie is one of our more senior attorneys specializing in Merchant Cash Advance disputes and resolution.
