Earlier in her career, she was the Managing Bankruptcy Attorney at Berkman, Henoch, Peterson, Peddy & Fenchel, P.C., where she was responsible for representing national institutional lenders as creditors in individual and corporate bankruptcy proceedings throughout New York State. She also practiced as a bankruptcy associate at Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP and Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, where she developed deep expertise in Chapter 11 debtor representations, creditor representation, Chapter 7 trustee representation, and individual Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies.
